offers air medical transport operators a range of services to enhance revenues without the requirement of adding bases or flights.  Our experience, people and procedures set us apart.

The company was founded to fill a need (video).  Not simply to provide outsourced billing services, there are plenty of billing companies.  But to help operators move past the financial struggle generally assigned to the "realities" of this industry (video).

After 25 years in healthcare, Michael Helenic believed he could bring the same ideas that transformed the companies and institutions he led to other companies; either as an outsourced service or new, integrated program of policies, procedures and training implemented in-house.

Our capacity to create results where others cannot is sometimes questioned by those who continue to believe if our billing procedures, how we hire, compensate and train our staff and our approach to rates were possible, everyone in the industry would be following. 

We can’t understand why they aren’t.  The organizations with which we work regularly enjoy significant increases in cash flow, improved compliance records, increased levels of patient satisfaction and, many times for the first time, an end to “the struggle."
